June Maureen Porter 21st feb 1990 food service assistant macclesfield two sons and husband.


June had an operation that failed due to hospital blunder was off work sick for 2 years with different infections from the operation returned to work two weeks later died as a result of two heart attacks died in her workplace.

Now with Edmund a wonderful dad and father in law thank you for the time we had together always in our hearts and minds never forgotten.

Theres not a day that goes by i look at your son and see you in his eyes
I know we didnt always see eye to eye and had a few rows but there was not a minute of the days we shared that i didnt love you.

I promise to do my best to look after your youngest son. When we turned your life support machine off it was the hardest choice we have ever had to make. I was left alone with you for a few seconds and i thought to myself come on, Just come round for me i love you. I will love and protect Nigel forever.

The foundest memory i have is when you turned up to our wedding. I didnt think you would make it. Thank you for turning up to the wedding as you made it the best day off our lifes.

We will never ever forget either of you love and hugs always till we met again.
